TLD Redemption Fees waived until July 31st
With the duration and depth of COVID-19’s impact still unknown, the resiliency of many aspects of society – from businesses to communities – will continually be tested over the weeks and months to come.
To help you face the challenge of this moment, Media Temple is stepping up.
In response to COVID-19, effective April 3rd, Media Temple will temporarily waive redemption fees for all TLDs, regardless of whether or not the registry is waiving fees, until July 31, 2020. We are doing this because we want to proactively take care of all of our customers! If you have not already been contacted by Media Temple, and you believe you are eligible for a refunded redemption fee, please contact Customer Support through one of these channels:
