We’re joining forces with jQuery for a 14-day giveway!
Jquery and (mt) Media Temple are welcoming the release of JQuery 1.4 with a much celebrated launch, one day at a time. What’s that mean? Starting on January 14th (the B-day of JQuery) the JQuery team will release exclusive bits of code and content from 1.4 every day, for 14 days. (mt) Media Temple will be matching that excitement with a daily JQuery contest, awarding hosting prizes and one grand prize winner!
How do I enter? First, you have to believe your use of JQuery is top notch, our judges are no slouches. Then all you have to do is fill out the one time submission form on the bottom of the promo page and that’s it.
Here are some rules to follow:
- Anyone who employs cool use of jQuery is open to enter, just make sure the work you enter is yours!
- Enter one time for each different project you wish to submit. This will keep you in the running for the entire fourteen days.
- We’ll announce a winner each morning during the 14 days.
- Submissions will close at 4pm daily. Entries received after 4 will be entered in the next days’ pool.
- Just to keep things interesting, we’re going to announce the grand prize winner on Friday, January 29th, whom of which is going to receive a brand new, shiny 13-inch Mac Book Pro.
How will I be judged?
Our uber capable internal creative team, in conjunction with select JQuery team members will be judging the daily submissions.
We’re basing winning selections on 3 factors:
- Unique implementation Of JQuery
- Technical Prowess involved
- Creative use
