Need a Creative Jump Start?

Imagine you wake up, drag yourself out of bed, get ready for work but still can’t seem to get your mind in gear. You need a creative jump start… We all need that on occasion and CreativeMornings has given us a solution in the form of a monthly breakfast lecture series hosted by creative types. Currently held in New York, Zurich, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, each event is free of charge and includes a 20 minute lecture, 20 minute discussion, then coffee and treats!

When the (mt) team came across this inspiring series, we jumped at the opportunity to sponsor the next Los Angeles event.  For those of you in the area, come check it out. We’ll be giving away some goodies, including comp hosting for a year! We’d love to see you there!

Speakers: K.Kirk+N.Strandberg
The February speakers are Minneapolis-based husband-and-wife design team Katie Kirk and Nathan Strandberg of Eight Hour Day. (Clients: Target, the New York Times, the Minnesota Orchestra, the Minnesota Opera, Wired, and the Walker Art Center.) The couple is currently on a year-long, cross-country road trip in search of design, inspiration and adventure.  Lucky for us, they will be making a stop into LA for a nice morning chat.
