(mt) at OSCON 2013

Open Source truly powers the internet. From WordPress, to enterprise database and web server platforms, “open source has moved from disruption to default”. Beyond (mt)’s support and sponsorship of top-level open source projects (such as jQuery, The Changelog, BoCoup, and Open Stack), all of the core technologies powering our products depend on open source software. This makes OSCON a mandatory field trip for our engineering department.

In addition to supporting the OS heavyweights, one of our favorite contributions to the open source community is providing some liquid courage and a casual networking space.
