UPDATE: New Chat and Phone Support Features

We’re always working to improve the customer experience here at (mt). Today, we’re happy to share some helpful new features that make it easier for you to contact us:

If you’ve not yet taken advantage of using our Unrivaled Chat Support, you’ll now have the opportunity to do so ANY time of day or night! That’s right, (mt)’s chat support is now available 24/7/365. To chat with us, just log into your AccountCenter and click on the chat bubble icon in the “Connect with (mt)” toolbar.

We’ve also heard you loud and clear when it comes to communicating with us via Facebook. You also now have the ability to ask us any general inquiries via chat, right from our Facebook Page.

Not only are we making it easier to contact us, but we’re improving the way your calls reach us, too! Starting now, if you call us for support, you will have the option to choose which topic or product your call is regarding; this lets our support specialists provide more targeted answers to your questions from the get-go. Additionally, if we’re experiencing a system incident at the time that you call, we’ll let you know as soon as you call in so that you don’t have to wait on hold.
