Tell Us Your Twitter!

Here at (mt), our team is very active online and on our twitter account, @mediatemple. We interact with customers all day, everyday answering questions and assisting individuals. Because of this, we’ve added a new field to the Contact Page of the Account Center for customers to input their twitter handle. In doing so, this will make it easier for us to identify users and provide more help, but also more quickly and efficiently.

If you have a twitter account, follow the instructions below to enter your information.

• Log in to your Account Center
• Go to your Contact Management page
• Click EDIT next to the appropriate contact
• Enter your Twitter Username (beneath your Primary Phone)
• Select SAVE
