(mt) is sponsoring Binpress’ Programming Contest. We know a decent portion of our clients and fans are talented web developers. To those devs, this is your chance to win over $40,000 in cash and prizes, including a year-long (dv) or (ve) hosting package from (mt) Media Temple!
Binpress is a marketplace for source-code packages in multiple languages, frameworks and platforms. Developers can sell original components, save time and reduce costs by utilizing ready made solutions in their projects.
If you have a library of code you reuse between projects, this contest is for you. Binpress is looking for professional developers to submit professional code. Simply follow the steps below to enter.
- Sign-up to the Binpress source-code marketplace. To keep the quality of source-code high, registration is by invitation only – request your invitation here. Please request an invitation if you are a professional web developer only.
- Publish your entry in your Binpress account using “contest2011” as one of the tags. Go over the rules and guidelines before submitting to make sure you understand the requirements.
- You can enter more than one package into the competition! Making multiple strong entries will increase your chances of winning one of the prizes.
- Winners will be announced shortly after the contest ends on February 24. For physical products, a shipping address will be required.
