New Email Subscription Controls

We have some good news to share with you. Back in August, we promised to build an elegant email subscription system and integrate it into the (mt) AccountCenter. This tool is now available for immediate use, offering you greater control over which messages you receive from (mt) Media Temple.

Simply log in, navigate to the Contacts page, and choose which emails are important to you.  Unless your preferences change, this will be the last time you have to make such a decision.

This new subscription system is tied directly to your account and services, on a per-contact basis.  For example, a “Technical” contact might only want maintenance-related information, while the “Owner” of an account may also be interested in learning about new (mt) products and services.

* By default, all new and existing contacts will be subscribed to all categories. Please take a moment to update and configure your subscriptions.

Ultimately, you should have a say in which communications you receive from us.  If you have any feedback or suggestions regarding this announcement, we want to know!
